On a listing you can specify two shipping rates:

Domestic Shipping - Shipping within your country

International Shipping (optional) - Shipping to any other country

If you have a small and light item, one price which covers all international shipping might be okay. However in most cases you will probably prefer to quote buyers a price to ship to their country.

When a buyer selects international shipping on your item, they will be prompted to message you to ask for a price to ship to their country.

When you have agreed a shipping price with a buyer, you can edit your listing to update the price so that they can complete the transaction.

Offering international shipping will make your item available to a much wider audience.
