When a buyer has received the item, they need to click 'complete' to confirm that the item is as expected. This will trigger a payout from Stripe to your bank account.

If the buyer hasn't clicked to complete the transaction and is not contactable, you should message us on Intercom (the chat icon on the website). Provided that you have sent the item using a tracked service and can prove this, an admin will initiate the payout.

If the buyer disputes a transaction the payout will be temporarily held while the dispute is investigated.

Following initiating a payout, Stripe takes 7-10 days to complete the transfer to your bank account.
