You have 3 days after your package arrives to either mark the transaction as complete, or to raise a dispute. This is your window to check the item and make sure you are happy with it.

This 3 day window begins as soon as the package is delivered to the address you specify, regardless of whether you are there to pick it up. We do this to ensure that sellers are paid in a timely manner.

If you are happy with your item you should mark the transaction as complete as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT: If you take no action within the 3 day window, and a seller can provide tracking information that proves the package arrived more than 3 days ago, Second Skin admins may mark a transaction as complete on your behalf. You will then lose your ability to raise a dispute.
