How to protect yourself as a buyer
As a buyer, you are the most protected against disputes if you:
Buy and make payment through the Second Skin website
Provide an accurate and complete shipping address and delivery instructions
Respond to Second Skin messages within a reasonable timeframe
You are not protected against disputes if:
You asked the seller to use an untracked shipping service
The sale was made outside of Second Skin
The item is on Second Skin's prohibited items list
