As a reminder, buyers have 3 days from the date their package arrives to mark a transaction as complete.

If your tracking information shows that the package arrived less than 3 days ago, please be patient.

If your tracking information shows that the package arrived more than 3 days ago:

  1. Contact the buyer. In most cases, this is the quickest way to resolve the issue.

  2. If the buyer is not responding to your messages, contact Second Skin and provide the tracking information. If we can confirm that your package was delivered to the correct address more than 3 days ago, we can mark the transaction as complete on your behalf.

IMPORTANT: All packages MUST be sent using a tracked service. If you did not send your package using a tracked service we cannot confirm that it was delivered, and therefore may not be able to complete the transaction for you.
