If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, take the following steps:
Message the seller to confirm that they have actually sent it. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances prevent the seller from mailing your package as promptly as they should.
Check the tracking information. The mail carrier should provide an estimated delivery date. If you don't have the tracking information, you should request it from the seller.
If you do not have the tracking information and the seller is not responding to your messages, contact Second Skin. We will reach out to the seller for an update. If we do not receive a reply within a reasonable time frame, we can issue a refund.
