If you have not yet shipped the item...

  1. Message the buyer. Your reputation as a seller depends on positive feedback. Explaining the situation to the buyer will help avoid a negative review.

  2. Contact Second Skin. We will be able to cancel the request for you and issue a refund to the buyer.

If you have shipped the item but the buyer hasn't marked the transaction as complete...

  1. Message the buyer. If they agree to return your item, they should raise a dispute. Again, your reputation as a seller depends on positive feedback. Explaining the situation will help avoid a negative review.

  2. Contact Second Skin so we are aware of the situation.

If the buyer has already marked the transaction as complete...

Second Skin is not able to intervene if the buyer has marked the transaction as complete, as this triggers your payout. Once the payment reaches your account we have no way of retrieving it.

The only way to get your item back is to arrange it directly with the buyer.

If the buyer agrees, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
