If the seller has not yet shipped your item...

  1. Message the seller. Your reputation as a buyer depends on positive feedback. Explaining the situation to the seller will help avoid a negative review.

  2. Contact Second Skin. We will be able to cancel the request for you and issue a refund.

If the item has already been shipped but you haven't marked the transaction as complete...

  1. Message the seller. Again, your reputation as a buyer depends on positive feedback. Explaining the situation to the seller will help avoid a negative review.

  2. Raise a dispute. Assuming you haven't marked the transaction as complete, the payout to the seller has not been triggered yet, therefore we are still able to issue a refund.

  3. Return the item to the seller. Note that you will not be refunded the cost of returning the item.

If you have received the item and you have marked the transaction as complete...

Second Skin is not able to intervene if you have marked the transaction as complete, as this triggers the payout to the seller. Once the payment reaches their account we have no way of retrieving it.

The only way to get a refund is to arrange it directly with the seller.

If the seller agrees, you will be responsible for the cost of returning their item.
