Do I need to update my existing listings?
No, you do not need to update anything. Any requests to buy your listings made after 12pm BST on June 20th will not incur seller fees.
Requests to buy made before this date will still have seller fees applied regardless as to whether the request has been accepted yet.
Am I still protected if the buyer does not complete the order?
Yes. With tracking information proving delivery, transactions can be marked complete on their behalf.
Will this change affect how I list items?
No, the listing process remains the same except now you'll receive 100% of the final sale price.
Should my listing prices change?
In light of the recent introduction of the Buyer Protection Fee, you may want to consider lowering your prices a little. This adjustment can help make your items more attractive to buyers and maintain a competitive edge on Second Skin.
